We make every effort to accurately display our garments, colours, sizing, and product descriptions. Due to differences in screens and natural variations in materials, colours and appearance may vary slightly from those shown online.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order where necessary.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders as promptly as possible. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and postal services.

Woollen Lore is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs processing, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

International Orders: Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes (incuding VAT), customs clearance fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the cutsomer and are not included in the purchase price shipping cost.
